I totally agree with you that the collaboration and ownership on agile teams makes them a joy to work on. I think I would really have a hard time working on a traditional team now.

Your white paper has some good information on how to start moving towards an agile process as well as how to identify areas of improvement.  I&#039;d definitely recommend using it as a guide towards improving development processes.  From my own personal experiences trying to move my team towards a more Agile approach, it was slower at first but the most important benefit I found was the increased collaboration between teams and a greater sense of involvement and ownership from everyone involved.
